Do you need to thin out your radio stuff? Are you tripping over junk that you don't need? Is your significant other threatening to leave you if you don't get rid of those boxes of unidentifiable radio parts that have been stored in the middle of the family room since you moved in? Well, do I have a deal for you! The 2nd Annual CCARC Tail-Gate Swap-Meet will solve all your problems. And how about you folks who don't have enough radio stuff? Well, the Tail-Gate Swap-Meet's for you, too. As they say, one man's trash is another man's treasure and you can sure find both at a swap-meet. And this one's free for both buyers & sellers. That's right free. No charge at all. Now that's good deal. Bring the tail gate, extra tables, chairs, pop-up shelters, whatever you need to be comfortable. This event will be held rain or shine.

No swap-meet would be complete without food. On the menu will be coffee, soda pop & packaged snacks offered for a donation with the proceeds going to the club. Now if that doesn't get you there I don't know what will.

The date of this unbelievable extravaganza is Saturday, September 13th. The time will be 10AM-4PM. Sellers in at 9AM. The place will be the Salmon Creek Legion Hall, just north of the 134th Ave north-bound off-ramp from I-205. This is the location of the club's monthly meetings. Look for activity in the south parking lot. Come on by & help make this tail-gate thing a success.

There will also be a VE session going on that morning at the legion Hall, so if you have stuff to get rid of bring it to the swap-meet & put something really valuable into the hands of a new ham.
